Pastor Dr. Pamela Germany

Founder and Pastor 

Dr. Germany is a pastor of intercessors and founder of The Intercessors of the Narrow Gate, a national Church of prayer and ministry made up of intercessors and praying people from 13 states of the union and supports 5 countries in Africa. Her lifelong passion is intercessory prayer as she spent much of her Christian upbringing laboring in prayer with Church mothers, leading prayer ministries, and raising up many intercessors. 

A Community Servant 

She is a former Executive Board Member and General Secretary of the Greater Metro Denver Ministerial Alliance from 2019 through 2025 under the leadership of three presidents: 

 - 2019:  Bishop Dr. Jerry Ayiku Denver of The Absolute Word Church

 - 2022:  Dr. T.S. Mayes, Overseer of Living Water Christian Center

 - 2024:  Pastor Dr. Odie Kennedy, Unity Pentecostal Temple, COGIC  

A Writing Professor 

She was a five-year professor of Aspen Christian College and Seminary where she taught Intercessory Prayer and Research Writing for Graduate Students to develop their theses and dissertations. She also supported many professional IT engineers and students in completing their theses and dissertations to receive their graduate degrees.

An IT Writing Professional

She is a 25-year writing consultant for IT organizations such as: CDOT, Boeing, Microsoft, Kaiser Permanente, T-Mobile, World Vision, Frontier Airlines, and The State of Maine. 

A Creator of Small Business Opportunities

She pioneered a small business program in 1990 through the Job Opportunities for Low Income (JOLI). She also managed several 10-week small business training classes in partnership with the Small Business Administration, local universities and colleges, and banking institutions with start-up capital from $5,000 to $50,000.

Education
She is a  Doctor of Urban Religious Studies from Aspen Christian College and Seminary, Denver CO; she holds a Master’s degree in Technical Communication / Technical Writing; Certification in Scientific Technical Writing and Editing from the University of Washington, Seattle, WA; and an AI Strategy Certification from Cornell University,  Ithaca, NY.

Family

She is the wife of Dr. Ronald (RJay) Germany with a combined family of five children, 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
